Ecclesia School of the Arts MV is introducing 2 full productions to their theater class. This year when your child signs up for THEATRE they will be performing LION KING KIDS in the fall, and ARISTOCATS in the spring. All students enrolled in the class (and some dancers from our school) will participate in this beautiful storytelling. As each child learns their roles in each show, they will also learn about the stage presence, characterization, costuming, props, and overall production.

Disney's The Lion King has captivated the imagination of audiences around the world, and now you have the opportunity to produce this one-of-a-kind musical in your community. Bring the African savanna to life on your stage with Simba, Rafiki and an unforgettable cast of characters as they journey from Pride Rock to the jungle and back again in this inspiring, coming-of-age tale.
The Lion King KIDS features classic songs from the Broadway musical and animated feature film, including “I Just Can’t Wait to Be King,” “He Lives in You,” and “Hakuna Matata.” Young performers will also get the chance to learn a wide range of new theatrical skills—such as mask-making and puppetry—encouraging them to explore this beloved story with creativity and pride.

Based on the beloved Disney animated film, and featuring a jazzy, upbeat score, Disney’s The Aristocats KIDS is a non-stop thrill ride of feline fun, complete with unbelievable twists and turns.
In the heart of Paris, a kind and eccentric millionairess wills her entire estate to Duchess, her high-society cat, and her three little kittens. Laughs and adventure ensue as the greedy, bumbling butler pulls off the ultimate catnap caper. Now it's up to the rough-and-tumble alley cat, Thomas O'Malley, and his band of swingin' jazz cats to save the day.
Disney's The Aristocats KIDS features plenty of exuberant group numbers and a cast that can be expanded by adding additional alley cats to the chorus.
