Samantha Foster started dancing when she was six by taking dance lessons at what is now the Academy Center of the Arts. Soon after, she began to take lessons at the homeschool coop, Under the Sun Academy. After taking a year-and-half off, she began dancing at what is now Ecclesia School of the Arts; while dancing at Ecclesia, she participated in their student company for two-and-half years. She also attended ballet classes at Randolph College for two-and-half years and performed a solo in their Fall Dance Concert during this time. Additionally, she has attended Summer dance intensives at Southwest Virginia Ballet, Central Virginia Ballet and Ballet Magnificat. She is currently in her third year at Liberty University, getting her Bachelors in history with a minor in dance. After she finishes her Bachelors, she plans to get her Masters in history from Liberty. She is excited to give young dancers both the lessons she has learned and a strong technical foundation in dance.
