Kids Stretching & Conditioning (ages 8-10)
This class focuses on stretching and toning core muscles. Whether you are a dance student or not, this class will help you gain flexibility and strength.
(No dance experience needed. We recommend bringing an exercise mat or towel to sit on.)
Stretching (ages 10-adult)
This class uses exercises to help lengthen muscles, improve posture and flexibility, and increase muscle strength in all areas of the body. Emphasis is placed on increasing flexibility and core and leg strength for enhanced performance in ballet technique.
